SIG Combibloc carton packs consist mainly of fibre pulp obtained from renewable wood resources, and represents efficient use of resources across the entire lifecycle. Carton packs are exceptionally light, can be transported and stored in a space-saving way and are fully recyclable. Life cycle assessments confirm that carton packs generate significantly fewer toxic emissions than disposable forms of drinks packaging manufactured using fossil fuel resources. So carton packaging has only a small carbon footprint – with obvious benefits for climate protection. |
