Focus on training

Our employees are offered internal and external opportunities for training and development that are tailor-made to match their needs and the requirements of their task areas. Using a competence model, we are able to identify opportunities for training and development as required to suit a market need, and take a targeted approach to implementing and sustaining these measures. Our training and development offer covers a range of areas, including leadership, methodology, communication, languages, specialist workshops and IT training.

In addition, a special ‘Leadership‘ curriculum offers management staff the essential building blocks they need for their management functions. One of these building blocks is the Blake & Mouton ‘Leadership GRID’. On a week-long course, participants experience how a team comes together and how it successfully achieves goals. Through intensive feedback, they find out what their own strengths and weaknesses are as a team member and a team leader, enabling them to derive from these outcomes their individual pathways to enhancing their performance.
